Glendoveer East is a gorgeous golf course that has been developed over the past few years into a top tier layout for the professional game. This course is sure to be a player and fan favorite from the World Championships hosted in Portland in 2027.
Hole 5 is visually stunning but perilous downhill hole lined with OB on both sides. Players have to control a driver 600 feet down the fairway without drifting left or right too much and without finishing too long in the sand traps or golf green. A perfectly executed tee shot sets up another tricky upshot into a tight green that requires careful control over the angle of the disc when it lands. Anything coming into the green on a sharp angle is very likely to roll away into the water or skip off the downslope.
