Harvey Penick is a beautiful golf course track with challenging hole designs and ground play. Brian breaks down the downhill par 3 at showing the three main lines to reach the green.
The most common line is the hyzer out to the right with an overstable driver. The goal is to get the disc moving horizontally at the end of the flight so it doesn't overshoot the green and skip long out of bounds. The mirror image of this is the forehand line up the left side that brings OB into play early but trades that for a more open landing area on the green.
Brian's favorite shot for this hole is none other than a Philo Braithwaite DX Roc shot, straight at the pin drifting slightly to the right before finishing gently under the basket.
